Connect with your body and your baby in this free 45 minute class with a focus on core/pelvic health and lots of love. Alison will guide you through flowing yoga poses intended to guide you back into reclaiming ownership of your body and to reduce tension and stress in areas often found during the postpartum period. Bring a blanket and a toy for your little one and a yoga mat! Please start taking this class after 6-weeks, being cleared by your provider. No yoga experience needed!
